Game Explanation:

Aim of game is to get to the Try line before you are Tagged.

Both lines (Blue and Red) line back to back in the middle of the grid.

Coach will either call Red or Blue, whichever he calls becomes the Defender who must then Tag his opposite before they reach the Try line.

Game can be developed into a contact game.

Objective:

Key Factors / Coaching Points:

- Light on feet, avoid players.
- Heads up looking straight ahead.
- React to the call of the Coach.
- Avoid Contact.
- Start at a low position
