Within this section you will find a number of Handling / Skills drills that will aim to improve your players ability to handle the ball. You will find a variety of drills that will challenge players of all abilities. Every rugby player needs good Handling Skills. The ability to catch and pass the ball is a vital part of a successful team.

Receiving
-Get into position - Run at space / Angle - Scan defensive line (eyes up) - Set a target with hands for the passer - Extend hands out early - Keep eyes on ball - Communicate
