Who are we : Develop Rugby is based in the South Wales area of Wales, UK. The site has been developed by a qualified Level 3 Coach, Coach Educator with professional experience of rugby.
Our Aim : To provide a visual learning tool for Coaches through the use of Animation and Movies.
Why : There are many quality coaching sites on the Web that provide plenty of information that Coaches can benefit from. Develop Rugby has been developed to provide a visual learning tool for Coaches that they can use to help develop their game. All drills / plays on the site will come with an animation and a full explanation of the Key Factors (Coaching Points) required.
Further development : We will update our database of drills / plays weekly and will aim to have 500+ animations / movies on the site within a year (March 2011).
Movie Clips of Drills / Plays : We are currently planning filming in the near future.
Download Drills / Plays : Download a drill / play service will commence May 2010. This will enable you to save a drill / play to your laptop and use it as a coaching tool.
PDF format - all drills and plays will be available to download.
