The ability to catch and pass the ball is a vital part of a successful team.

Lines of Attack
Passing
- Hold ball in both hands.
- Pass ball to target area set by receiver.
- Control the speed of the pass with your hands / wrists.
- Follow through in direction of the pass.
- Run straight.
- Eyes on target.
- Pass the ball at chest height
- After pass completion, support

Receiving
-Get into position
- Run at space / Angle
- Scan defensive line (eyes up)
- Set a target with hands for the passer
- Extend hands out early
- Keep eyes on ball
- Communicate

- Lack of communication
- Too flat
